As mentioned above, closed many places for a short period, and most are not as condominium is licensed, you can not live there permanently.
This company is a dealer in caravans near where I live supply, the numerous parks in Wales. Children are not really useful. The website contains links to a number of parks.

Some friends have a caravan in Islawrffordd Caravan Park which is in Tal-Y-Bont (nr Barmouth). They are happy place.

There are many campsites, but I do not know any that are open all year ... There are local authorities generally to the fact that the stationing of caravans for a certain period each year (1 or 2 months) closed because they are not willing or caravans for permanent residential places ... unless of course you will find travel sites, and you go live with the Gypsies
Theres loads .. Talacre and Prestatyn, both in abundance.
